Wednesday Class 

Why not join our Free Wednesday exercise class at 10 am UK time 11am Central European Time - this popular class has now been running for over three years, has an international following  and has 1,000+ registrations. If you can't make the class day or time you will get a link to the replay each week - please join us - the class is free to join and funded by our Community members and by one-off donations
