Cat has shared 15 weeks of Movement & Yoga sessions pre-recorded and free to access!
Cat facilitates 1 hour 30 mins per class, of simple yet effective movement exercises from her Yoga, Dance and Shiatsu practice - Including some meditations and visualisations. Accessible for all - no prior experience needed. Wear some comfortable warm clothes, and find a bit of space at home. These sessions aim to open spaces within the body, enabling smoother movements for your muscles, ligaments and joints. Allowing you to connect with your breath to relax the nervous system and to improve balance & posture, strengthening the mind and body. These practices offer great physical, mental and practical benefits in your day-to-day life! |
