If you are interested in learning more about Shiatsu, the Shiatsu College Norwich regularly runs courses - both short Introductory Sessions, One year foundation course in Holistic Acupressure as well as a full 3 year Professional Diploma course. Acupressure points can be used for a wide range of issues - from physical pain such as headaches, toothache, digestive or menstrual problems, to more emotional concerns such as stress, insomnia, anxiety - and much more.
Gaining knowledge of acupressure is an excellent life-skill as well as being incredibly interesting and inspiring! The Shiatsu College excels at creating a relaxed and fun practical learning environment, celebrating our diversity of learning styles by offering creative options for delivering coursework.
